      Used when a location identifies inaccuracies, gaps, or logic errors within system-generated reports. This request is submitted to investigate data discrepancies between different reporting tools or to resolve issues where report outputs do not align with actual operational activity. Required fields include the report name, specific parameters used (such as date ranges or filters), and examples of the disputed data points.
